Sydney robotaxi fleet operations FAQ

Answers about T Cab’s prospective role, planned locations, partner enquiries and the distinction between overseas services and Australian readiness.

Sydney robotaxi operations: partner questions

What is T Cab Mobility?

T Cab Mobility Pty Ltd is a prospective Sydney robotaxi fleet operations partner preparing local ground operations: hubs, charging, cleaning, fleet care and maintenance coordination. We welcome discussions with vehicle makers, mobility platforms and investors; commercial arrangements and regulatory approvals would be required before any robotaxi operation.

Is T Cab a ride-booking app, 13cabs, a wheelchair taxi or an NDIS taxi service?

No. T Cab is not a consumer ride-booking app, 13cabs, a traditional taxi network, a wheelchair taxi booking service or an NDIS taxi service. We do not offer public robotaxi ride bookings in Australia.

Are public robotaxi rides operating in Australia?

As checked on 7 October 2026, the National Transport Commission states that automated vehicles are not yet available commercially or for general use on Australian public roads. Controlled trials, overseas services and static vehicle displays do not establish a live Australian ride service. T Cab has no current Australian robotaxi rides or promised launch date.

Where are T Cab’s proposed Sydney sites?

The prospective network includes Ashfield HQ at 534 Parramatta Road, Ashfield NSW 2131, a Kingswood hub in Western Sydney, and a Marrickville service centre. Kingswood is described by suburb only. These are planning locations, not a claim of approved or operating robotaxi depots.

How can vehicle makers, mobility platforms and investors engage?

Use the partner enquiry form or the published business contact details to discuss hub requirements, fleet care, charging, maintenance coordination and readiness work in Greater Sydney. Enquiries do not establish a procurement commitment, investment offer or signed commercial partnership.

Is T Cab affiliated with Tesla, Waymo, WeRide or Uber?

No partnership, affiliation or endorsement by Tesla, Alphabet, Google, Waymo, WeRide, Uber or any vehicle maker is claimed. Overseas examples explain technology and rider interfaces; they do not represent T Cab contracts or Australian service availability.
