Dated official-source news archive

Earlier automatically published selections, with original publisher links and source-check dates kept separate from archive dates.

Selections are saved only when automatically selected headlines or attributed source text change. Archive dates show when T Cab saved the selection, not when the original publisher released it. The archive begins with the first content change after archiving was enabled; earlier checks are not reconstructed.
